Our current research is divided into two major and related areas. Firstly, the development and deployment of methods for inferring intracellular biological networks (signaling, transcription), as well as intercellular networks involving the microenvironment. Then, through collaborations, we apply these methods to the study of specific tumor cohorts. Our objectives are generally to identify active functional modules, resistance mechanisms or potential therapeutic targets. A majority of our projects involve space and single-cell biology.
We are also developing various mathematical models for computational proteomics, the study of circulating DNA, or the nanomechanics (rigidity) of tumors.
