Abstract In addition to achieve breast conserving surgery after neoadjuvant chemotherapy, its indications are growing, especially in Her2 overexpressing and triple negative breast cancers owing to the emergence of new targeted therapies. Radiotherapy belongs to breast cancer management. However, some questions are still unresolved regarding nodes area irradiation after neoadjuvant chemotherapy. This short communication reviews indications of radiotherapy of node areas in breast cancer after neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
